Text of Complaint by Subhash Roy:

I am writing this Complaint to a very serious matter . PayU India company team has provided very bad services to my business. I have been waiting for the ACTIVATION OF IPG payment service for 21 days. All the documents required and setup fees of Rs. 26300.00 by the Payu team has been submitted by me long back. Still no satisfactory solution has been given to me by your team. Till today I would have collected my payment of more than 1.5 crore. Because of this poor service our relation with our customers is getting affected negatively.
I would kindly request you to look upon this matter and take action on this as soon as possible.
