I ordered an iPad from Flipkart on 20th October and it got delivered on 22nd October. Order ID: OD113690915800327000. They sent me the product with accessories missing and also the device has scratches on it. I made a replacement request 5 times, every time they say replacement request has been taken and the replacement will be delivered to you at earliest and then, they will cancel the replacement within 6-12 hours. They cancelled my replacement request 5 times and return request 1 time. They have mentally harassed me and playing with me with their false promises since October 22nd. The return period is also going to be over, which is 10 days. What shall I do now? Can i expect any justice here?
