In the latest month billing, I can see RS 50 has been charged to me on International SMS which is wrong totally. I have emailed several times but nobody is responding.
I wanted to port this number – but I am not getting the port code from Vodafone.
I am really dissatisfied being a user of more than 15 years to Vodafone.
Please resolve this.
