I bought MI LED tv in October 2018. At that time I didn’t check the serial number written on invoice. That serial number was completely different that serial number mentioned on TV. Now my TV stopped working on 16th October 2019. I reached out to Mi team to get my TV repaired . They denied me repairing my TV stating that serial number on invoice and TV are not matching.
Now i reached to flipkart on 20th October for correct Invoice. After having so much communication, they agreed on refunding my amount and taking TV back. However, when I shared them my current location to pick my TV, they denied saying that this area is not serviceable . However, I can still order on flipkart by this area.
I then Shared a different location for picking my tv , they again denied saying that this area is again not serviceable by flipkart.
To my surprise, I can order from both of the places.
Now I’m stuck. My money, time , effort is being stuck. And flipkart is only replying that they are working on it. Everytime when I reach them out for status update, they just say we are working on it.
