I’ve closed all my loans but there is a loan under the name of PCFIN CEASE-TERMI with an outstanding amount of ₹ 3,663. It is not a valid loan and also I’m ready to pay the amount just for the sake of my CIBIL score but there is no information of where it needs to be paid. I’ve contacted all my previous loan companies but these is no such loan under them. Help me to get this rectified and close it ASAP.
