Now, vodafone has introduced a service validity plan which makes the prepaid customer to recharge on monthly basis. If not so, they barring incoming calls and also the sim gets blocked. It is not good to force a customer to recharge. If there is a need, they will do it. But blocking incoming calls and sim is no where ethical behaviour of the company. To be in competitioj for telecom sector, they are using this worst techniqe to force the customer which might lead to losing their subscribers
