To Whomsoever It may concern,
I would like to bring in your attention that, On August 07, 2023, I saw an influencer video in which the product “Dusk Cameo Sunglasses” was promoted along with purchase link, I just click the link and it redirected me to “https://dusk-international.com/products/dusk-cameo-sunglasses”, I placed an C.O.D order from this site as the amount was Rs.1,850 and based on that, I have received an automated verification call from Mobile no. 8068-873-546, and I completed my verification process.
On August 12, 2023, I have received my parcel from DTDC courier and made the payment in Cash to the delivery boy. But, as i open my package I got to know that, I have received an cheap Chinese brand mobile stand instead of actual one what I ordered. I have recorded a video while opening the courier box as a part of evidence.
However, I have tried to contact their customer support team member on Mobile Number: 7233-453-345 mentioned on the Packaging box under the Return address section. Unfortunately, it was not in service any more. I have made multiple attempts to contact them via Order order form too.. but there is no response from their end.
Henceforth, I request you to please take a legal action on the site owner, as they are duping the customers by conducting unethical business practices.
