I complained many times about network issue and also internet connectivity issue but nothing is resolved from more than 5 years. I did a mistake by porting to Airtel. Airtel is also a fraud company just like other service provider. Cheating customers, just giving assurance to customers. Not providing service to customers for the money you have taken from customers. Govt should fine you for ur cheap service. Simply 121 or 198 are there for customer help just for name sake but there is no option to talk to executive. Bloody buggers. God will definitely punish airtel company. All employees should depend for this. One day airtel should shutdown in India. I am waiting for that. God will see you.
