We are unable to use data services from airtel 399 pack in our area. However, 5 months past we were not facing any issues using internet.But as customers had got increasing and network getting slower and slower. So need of tower is also increased.But They are not upgrading tower from last 5 months instead of complaining so many times on customer care centre, I always get the answer there “our network team is working in your area”. But still no action taken has taken.
