1.11.2021 6.01AM I raised service request for internet issues till now issue was not resolved currently two compliants service request raised both are open and complete date and time is expired.
– I called service engineer – no response
– I called service manager – useless
– I called 6 times customer care – without intimation they disconnected.
– I tweeted – no use
– I directly went to Chennai madhavaram Jio fiber office – worst behaviour
I need immediate assistance to resolve the issue and I want compensation or validity extension in my current plan because jio fiber service team failed to complete the issue on time.
I couldn’t able to start my work without internet.
I need justice
