internet stops working and 5g speed is slow. i have been facing this issue since last year’s December and i have raised complaint multiple times. this is the request number of my first complaint SR00002TYY6T, at that time December 5 they resolved it without fixing issue and they said we are going to fix it withing 3-4 months and it has been more than 5 months since then nothing seems fixed i still face this issue. today when i tried to complaint again they said because i have done complaint already they cannot raise a service request/ complaint withing period of 30 days and when i asked them when it is going to get fixed they again said it is going to take 3-4 month.
