My mail complaint was on
1. wrong commitment from marketing with100mbps speed. But actual observed is less than 40 mbps.
2. Installation / Billing commencement report was not signed by me. But the forwarded Installation / Billing commencement report is with the customer’s signature which is not mine and is illegal.
