For the past 15 days, I have had absolutely no internet speed. Over the last 10 days, I have called Jio’s customer care number once every single day. Each time, I am told that my complaint has been registered and that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours; however, despite more than 15 days having passed, it still has not been fixed. When the network switches to 5G, the speed drops to zero KB, while on 4G, I get only a very minimal connection.
