From 2 years I complaining about slow Internet connection. I complained atleast 20 to 30 times but still they didn’t solve the problem. Few weeks ago they fix the issue but after 2-3 days then same issue i m facing.
All Telecom companies are giving ad that they have best Internet services. But In our country doesn’t have strict rules against telecom that why they this type service. In 4g we aspect at least 10 to 15 mbps download and upload speed. But here we are getting minimum 10 kbps.
Please make rule for minimum internet speed
If company provide low speed Internet then government have to take fine for this.
