I have recharged my jio number of 399 of 4g network..but internet speed is of 2g type i am calling to its complaint number 198 but it has no option for conversation with the care despite having complaint number….it is a kind of deception to the consumer..my jio number is +919304629251
I had complaint 1 year before regarding speed they said my new network tower is being constructed and you will get speed by march 2018 but after that they continuously fooled us..
