I am experiencing very low internet speed with jio from last one year. I have frequently reached their customer care number as well as to the appellate assigned. No one resolved my issue till now and all they were providing is fake promises. Moreover, representatives at care@jio.com are so dumb that they won’t even read the mail from customers. Everytime they used to copy paste a predefined template without even reading the mail from customer.
Kindly help me out please as this slow interenet connectivity is hampering my business and i am facing a lot financial issues.
