On 28-04-2019 I lodged a complaint regarding my internet speed saying that even though its showing as 4G my speed is only 60kbps. They said it will be resolved in 24hours. On continuous follow up with vodafone care on 29-04-2019 I was informed that since I have moved from Karnataka to Andhra on 28-04-2019 ITS A BIG ISSUE and if I had been in Bangalore they would have resolved it. Finally they told me that it will be resolved by end of the day i.e., 29-04-2019. On 30-04-2019, after 40 hours somebody called me and told me that Technicians will visit me in BANGALORE in 3 to 4 days to check the connections and resolve the issue. But when I informed her that i am in Andhra she was asking me when I will be back in Bangalore. Then I called vodafone care and told them all this they asked for my pincode(521301) and said there is no 3G or 4G coverage in that place….Previously in this same place i never faced any problem with speed and I will be staying in this place for another 2 months.This vodafone care people are saying that they are still working on the issue and cannot assure me when it will be resolved. I cannot wait another 3 days to hear no from them.I have 77GB unused data on my pack. Already they took 3 days and again asking me to wait for god knows how long.Is this how they resolve the issues? Previously there was no problem in the same place and why now? This coverage is not there informationn they could have checked on the very first day and could have informed me. Now they are checking and telling. I could have moved to other service provider who can provide me fast net on that day itself. They have wasted 3 days of my time and even now they cannot assure me anything.
