Hi, I have been your most old customer but had to port to other network due to your poor service at that time however after Airtels new avtaar and your come back with improved services, I planned to again port to your network but after short period now, I am facing problems in your 4G network which works as 3G most of the time. I hope you will understand my problem and the genuineness for you to improve on and immediate resolution on it.
