Indoor internet connectivity is far below average. Currently I am using a WiFi of jio network to write this. They say to use the Airtel thanks app for any query. But if the internet is not working how will a person use the app. Such a level of hypocrisy. Either they are stupid morons or they think the customer is an asshole. I have already submitted more than 3 complaints but none of them have been attended. These days they have brought a new scheme so called platinum 4g. Your old schemes are not satisfactory, rather you are giving new schemes shamelessly. And the girl that shouts in the tv adds about India’s fastest network is really a dumbass. I would like to talk to her in person if I would get a chance. I know my language is little impulsive but any normal person who has paid 589 rupees will speak like this if he sees his money being wasted. I neither regret nor apologize for such language. They deserve even worse.
