Regarding internet speed I raised a complain on 19.6.2020 by calling coustomer care executive.After 23rd.June one SMS come to me that your problem solved by us.But still today Iam facing that problem.By this time I talk 3 times.But they are not ready to any further complain upto 3 months according their rules.Today Mr.Joy coustomer care executive tells me I can’t do anything for your complain you may go to other network.Being a bonafied post paid coustomer that is prestigious to me.Why vodafone can’t solve this as they taking rental every month.Why we suffer for a long period.Please take necessary action at earliest.Thanks.
