Complaint Number: 31-3286524463372, complained a week before.
I have internet slowness issue since 20 days, I have complained multiple times to airtel customer care, but there is no use. I feel the service is hopeless. they stopped even answering the calls and everything is directed to IVR and call getting disconnected.
I have postpaid connect with promised speed of 40 MBPS, but the streaming speed is less than 1MBPS. VPN connection getting disconnected for every 15-20 min.
the service provided is very poor.
