I have talked many times to customer care regarding issues with respect to interest services, however the complaint is not resolved. Further I have visited Airtel outlet located in Hubli city 6 times for the same issue of internet services and I have been asked to change with new sim even then the problem is still not resolved and lastly I have told to raise complaint and issue me complaint number, he informed that we have taken complaint and we cannot generate compliant number and told that the problem will be resolved within next two days and confirmation call for problem resolved be will given at company end. But unfortunately the issue is not fixed. At this juncture I have no other choice to lodge a complain at Consumer Court the same may please be note. Thank You
