- I recharged my no. With 379 rs on 12 March 2021 after that internet service stopped working and then I complaint to airtel customer support on 14 March 2021 they said it will resolved till 24 March 2021 and problem still continues till now and today I called to customer support on 27.03.2021 now they said wait till 8 April 2021 . It almost a month after recharge and my problem still continues, in todays digital era I am not able to use internet service and along with that there is loss of my time for every call to customer support,
- Mentally harassed by airtel co ltd as my hard earned money and valuable time pay to them for this service and they every time said you have to wait till problem solved neither they refund amount nor they resolve that problem
