The internet service is not working properly from last 4 days. No internet at all. Not even 3g is accessible despite of having 4g data pack. The customer care people answered on this that the network in my area is not working properly and it cannot be repaired in one day. It has already been 4 days now. It is simply disappointing to see airtel providing such bad service in the mid of the city. Airtel claims that they provide their network even in remote areas but here in the city itself I am struggling for the network. All the other company data is working absolutely fine. Infact Airtel too worked absolutely fine earlier but now it’s completely out of service and no one is resolving this issue. It is extremely disappointing and it is compelling us to switch over to other networks.
