Dear Sir/Ma’am
This is with respect to internet issue which i am facing since 08 Sept 2023 and no resolution has been done by Jio customer care team. I had initially raised the compliant on 08 Sept 2023 in My Jio application and it stated that the technician will visit tomorrow but no one come the other day. Then, i spoke to customer care team and they said that technician will visit my premise the same day but again no one appeared. The next day, i had received call from technician who informed that i am coming in the morning but he didn’t appeared till evening. Even i was trying to call him but he hadn’t responded to my calls. The customer care team only has to give standard reply when i call them that your issue will be resolved at the earliest but no time lines provided to resolve the issue
Today, I saw that the customer care team has closed my complaint and updated the status of my complaint as resolved even without sending any technician nor even speaking to me and still my internet is down.
I have then against raised the compliant for internet issue which i don’t know when the Company is going to resolve.
This is such a bad customer experience and the Company is not at all concerned about the customer. SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE HAS NEVER BEEN EXPERIENCED
