The internet service in my location, lawsohtun, shillong, is very frustrating. First 4G is not working, and the 3G also is not working properly this winter. I called your customer care many times but they keep saying they are putting new tower in my area, whereas condition is not improving. And please ask customer service to either speak only in english or hindi, beacause other languages beside these two I cannot understand. Hope you will keep your customers happy. Thank you.
