Good morning Sir/Madam
Daily pack unable to satisfy with daily 1.5GB. Last 2 days back I recharged with 98rupees but within one it detected my net balance I did use only around 6GB 400MB but remaining balance is not showing , Right now I want my remaining net balance .
Many of the time I issue many problems related recharges but nobody can solve my problem. How this is you are maintaining AIRTEL networks ?
Please solve my problem as soon as problem.
Like wise many of the uneducated people they simply recharging and they don’t known terms and conditions in that situation you simply debited their balance how this is suffering many people . Please solve my problem and credit my network balance remaining balance from 12GB , children’s their classes are going so simple they can recharge and Airtel customer service detected their balance , sir/madam please solve my problem and credit my network balance
