I am taken first time GTPL NET connection, but I feel very bad experience, why because I paid money on 1st Aug 2020 for 50 Mbps for 6 months plan, but they are given cable and router connection on 7th aug 2020. (That is also called so many times in first week of August). Just given connection to router and left the technician name Sandeep, he not tell any thing regarding net slow fiber cable not available in our area, after 45 min I opened net and observed net problem and it’s very ded slow I raised complaint on 7th aug number AO109782 and 8th aug NUMBER AO109852, net still not getting.
I went tarnaka office two times name: Ashok mobile : 9704860094
He asking every time two days time for main fiber connection, later on not lifting mobile also. Today I called Costmer care raised ticket AO110789, without intimation they closed previous tickets also, nobody responsible for my issue.
My humble request I am getting pain from last 13 days, if possible provide net
Service, otherwise please close my account and return money, because of this issue my children online class also missing every day from last two weeks.
