Dear Sir/Madam,

Here with I write this complaint with extreme dissatisfaction  of the quality of connectivity I am experiencing post upgrade my connectivity. I have complained two times and no improvement and shocked to hear that my area does not have fiber connected yet.

My broad band connectivity  land line number: 040- 40020564.

I was not informed about such lack of connectivity in my area and neither it is mentioned in the website while purchasing the upgrade. Worst part is I paid in advance for 1 year.

 

I need a written explanation to rectify this situation and compensation for this poor quality of service. I felt it is quite deceiving customer.
