Hello,
On 28th Nov, 2020 my airtel broadband connection was not working and I immediately logged a Service request ref 124871034 on 28 Nov 2020, 09:24AM.
The customer care team promised me the issue will be resolved on 29 Nov 2020. However, today 4 Dec 2020 5:30 PM the issue is still not resolved. Everyday when I follow with the customer care team. They are making false promise that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours whereas it is not resolved until now.
I also requested for disconnection as they are not fixing the issue. Airtel is not providing disconnection also as they need to refund my 10 month’s broadband rent as I already paid for annual plan.
