Since the last 4 days I have been repeating only one thing visit my place before 9:30 am or after 6:00 pm. I will be at my home where I am facing a network problem( completely not working) . But they are coming at their own comfort time. Today one guy called me and asked whether I am available or not. Then I told him I am , then he replied sorry, the engineer is not available. Then I just want to know why he called me then if the engineer is not available.
He is also lying to me that he has called me 9 am many times. But when I asked for the screenshot he gave me the screenshot of the call which is after 10am.
He also told me that the call was going through but I didn’t receive any call. All were false rings ? What is this? Please DO NEEDFUL.
