Ticket No.:-9712677.
I complained at gtpl customer care and they issued a ticket number which on the next had falsely closed stating that my complain has been resolved.I again called customer Care and reopened the complain ticket but after 6 days of reopening complain still internet is not working and whenever I call customer Care,they give excuses that they have forwarded this on urgent basis to their technical team and I don’t know what exactly ‘urgent’ means on their dictionary as still it is not solved.Very poor after sales service ,never go for gtpl except choose reputed ones like Airtel and Jio.
