I am having a postpaid wifi dongle connection having number 6230050183. I have used all my data for last month and now the wifi connection shows no access to the internet. Also the billing cycle has renewed but the data is not added into the account.. kindly check. Also the help is not available for postpaid account on Airtel thanks app.
