Hi,

What Airtel is doing with his 10yrs associated customer in this difficult time where everyone is doing work from home and internet not working with my mobile number 8800510207, it can be cause of my job lost.
I raised my complaint on 20th apr 2020 and a timeline till 27th apr 2020 was given to me.
Till this time Airtel employee were saying to me that wait till this date and today on this date when I called CC of Airtel then then told me that my complaint is on hold due to network issues in my area.
I have below numbers also in my family and there is no issue of internet with these numbers then how it is possible that issue in my location and it is not working only on my number.
1. When I told this to your CC executive then she told me that her dashboard is showing that I am continuously using internet and my today’s consumption is 620mb.
Now i want to know in proper details that where i Used this internet.
If I consider statement of your employee then there is any loophole in Airtel service that this is activated on my number and someone else is using.. may be internal Airtel employee.
2. When I am not using services then what about my bill, do I need to pay my bill for that service which is not enabled to me????
3. Kindly provide proper KT to your collagues they don’t know how to listen employee there was no empathy in her voice, she was not happy to provide me solution while she willing that somehow I disconnect phone.
4. “This will take 1-2 month time and it is the only solution.” Is this the only solution airtel have for their customers. Can’t they priorties things in this uncertain time as it can be cause to job lost for that person who trusted you and your services.
5. When in dissatisfaction I asked your employee to discontinue my services, then she initiated a request to discontinue my service. Rather then providing me solution.
So now I can consider that Airtel don’t believe in customer satisfaction they just believe in loot hard money of customers, when customer raised a complaint then they says you can discontinue our services else we can’t do anything.
