I have jio fiber new connection which is installed on Feb 7th, but i have lost internet connectivity since Feb 11th, 2024.
I have complaint these error in My jio app and phone call also. They promised me that problem will solve with in 24 Hrs but today Feb 16th, 2024 and I have no internet connectivity. I have called more than 20 times to jio customer care but they always told me that problem will solve within 24 hrs.
Please take legal action against Jio fiber ASAP
