MY internet is not working. I raise a complaint for the same on 3rd July 2019 and he gave me 3 days to solve the problem.
but after 20 days there is no solution provided by Airtel service team. and even they are not share tentative date of resolution. only said that our team is working.
I paid 1100+ rupees every month to airtel for non using internet service.
“the biggest 4G network” as airtel to itself, is not able solve these small issues, what a joke.
and the 198 is only to entertain you, if you have a free time only then you should call to 198. because after 20 minutes they only said “we have no update for resolution that our team is working on this.”
Now the only hope is consumer forum….. Please help
