My internet was not working from last 6 days at the same time my neighbours internet is not working so by talking with one of the agent Sejal Rathod i was explaining her she is very ride arrogant and disgusting not able to understand my problem and telling like hell and when I told to transfer to supervisor she wanted me too long and hung up is this the customer service they provide to us we pay for internet upfront and what we r getting this long down time and the rude and arrogant customer service when they want to do the sale they are very humble and polite and now they are like shitt so please hire such employees who can atleast talk nicely
