Hi,
Unable to access internet from 07-Sep-2020. I raised complaint to JioFiber with request no SR0000126NQE. They assured that engineer would visit my place and my issue would be solved by 6PM on 07-Sep-2020.
Issue was not solved on 07-Sep-2020, I called again on 08-Sep-2020. They informed me that engineer would visit 6PM 08-Sep-2020 and solve the issue.
Issue was not solved on 08-Sep-2020, I called again on 09-Sep-2020. They informed me that engineer would visit 8PM 09-Sep-2020 and solve the issue.
As I’m working from home, disconnect in internet effects my office work. I started using mobile data from 07-Sep-2020 to meet my official commitments.
Issue was not solved till today (11-Sep-2020), I called customer care. Every time my call was disconnected without answering. If call was answered, customer care personnel will keep call on hold and then disconnect. I called 7 times to customer care. It took 30 mins to talk to customer care personnel.
He confirmed that engineer will come and solve issue in an hour. But to engineer came to solve issue.
I raised complaint on Monday, one whole week completed but there was no resolution.
Kindly guide to solve the issue.
