I raised the complaint of my internet not working on 3rd August and it’s 7th August and still no resolution has been provided by Jio. It was a work week and there are 2 people working in MNC in my house and both of our works got impacted severely. And there is no way to raise an escalation in Jio as the maximum you can do is call their customer service and they literally don’t care nor they can do anything about it.
