I am using Airtel broadband service, and since 27th June I don’t have internet. I have raised a ticket on 28th, and was supposed to be fixed on the same day. 1 guys came and said wire broken we will fix tomorrow, and that tomorrow never came. Their customer care is hard to get, no response of email, and they keep on increasing the deadline of fixing my connection, without actually doing anything. Since I took 6 months connection, they know they have already got the money and don’t care about the service. They have no intent of fixing the connection, 10 days is a long time. Probably they are waiting for monsoon to pass.
