Hi ,
- I have an internet connection and it stopped working from Saturday and raised a service request # 120078210. Technician confirmed that there is an issue with the connection and will be rectified in a day. He asked for core which was received on register mobile and closed the request without fixing the issue. I have raised another complaint on Sunday #120117314 and so far we haven’t got any response from airtel team and when I tried to reach they haven’t gave any response. Due to pandemic situation three of us are working from home and it is impacting our work and our jobs are at stake.
