I have continuously tried to call the customer care while no one picks up. I have even raised a ticket. Nobody is bothered to inform about the status of the ticket. I know it is difficult to rectify the issue immediately in the current situation, but at least I need to be notified so that I can make alternate arrangements. Nobody responds to the emails and calls. Horrible service.
