My internet stopped working on 13th January 2022 so I registered a complaint on the same day and on 16th I.e yesterday I received a text message that the issue has been resolved without even a single person visiting to check my connection and the internet was not working so I registered another complaint yesterday at 7 pm and the customer care people told me that It will get resolved within 24 hours but it is not resolved yet. I tried to reach them in the afternoon but they were like their software was not working so unable to provide the information and now when i tried to call them it is telling me that all representatives are busy.
