I’ve logged a complaint to gtpl regarding inter Not working on 19th May 2021 with ticket #9719476 which i am not even able to track everytime i try to track it says invalid ticket id then i reached out to customer care and had a word with one the representative from GTPL side on 21st May 2021 she mentioned that she took the complaint again and will have someone resolve as soon as possible it’s been almost a week now and no one has responded nor anyone came to see the scenario to resolve the concerns.
we can understand due to current situation many individuals are not able to work full time but that doesn’t mean that they do not work at all i am having huge amount of loss due to my internet is not working.
Either compensate or have the internet working ASAP.
