Text of Complaint by Mayank Saraswat:

I use airtel as my only sim in my redmi note 5 pro and almost through out the day, despite getting 4g signal, the internet connectivity is erratic in my house.

I have been trying to resolve the issue using complaints on 121 and my airtel app but the complaints keeps getting resolved from their side with no improvement whatsoever for me. I registered my first complaint on 26th dec 2020 and in few days, it said on myairtel app that the complaint had been resolved. I again complained for a few times but all in vain.

Whenever I try to do speed test using speedtest app, the network bar strength gets changed and for a second it shows good connectivity but then again it reduces and in most cases, it ends up showing me an error to check my connectivity. Same is the case with myairtel app while trying to register a complaint.
