Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing a complaint with very disappointment with Ap Fibernet services at Narsipatnam,Ayyanna colony .
We were using AP FIBER NET connection , from the past 7 months we had a good connection in approximately 10 days only. Last few months we Don’t have any fiber service from my local operator. We called him several times he is not picking our calls and complaint in FIBER customer care but no change , than went to his home requested to provide a fine services. due to lack of internet service we were losing online classes and suffered work from home jobs. We tried to reach him about the issue but he showed his recklessness and not answering phone calls also .take an action on local operator help me to provide good service.He is not even responding my calls to inform about the issue and from day one I am facing this issue and he took so much amount for installation and after that not even responding.please take necessary action on him so that again we should not face network issue.
