I have airtel postpaid account and I have added my whole to airtel postpaid, I’m using airtel since  2009 and I’m a airtel customer since then.

I have complained the same a couple of years back also no resolution I just let it go and now the outside situation is worse and we have stay at home and work, even though complaining multiple times regarding internet issue the airtel support has take my issue lightly, I’m following up regularly though they gave me a date and didn’t show on or around given time, I only probed the thread again on email to know what’s happening, the only thing o have received till now is just a few false assurance and same old canned responses.

I’m not finding helpful in the email platform, if I call they agree to everything and hang on the call, but there won’t be any proof that airtel will resolve this.

I’m suffering a lot because of this no internet, almost.

Honestly, I’m paying airtel postpaid family plan bill regularly without any due.

When can I receive the resolution.
