I have been registering complaints on Airtel internet connectivity issues for a long time now without any resolution and the problem is only getting worse. I can’t reach customer care executives because there is no option available. Calling 121 or 198 is useless because they only take about your balance and other non relevant stuff. Airtel doesn’t seem to pay a head to the problems of their customers, and it only shows how disloyal they are. My money is only being wasted by not getting the service I’m paying for.
