Company but after choosing this plan I am troubling with internet issue.
Not able to connect with my system and also facing issue in browsering in phone.
Several time I connected to customer care. They used to create ticket for me without confirming about issue closed the ticket.
I am troubling with network issue from last 5 month due to this issue my deliverables getting delayed and here I am finding that no one is listening to me seems like I am wasting time. I want solution for my problem as soon as possible because I am getting frustrated. How many time I have to connect to customer care. Please review below compliant Id last two months they are in closed state but not resolved.

I have raised an another complain against network failure and complain id is C004-82802251834
seems like your associate are not able to find the root cause of the issue instead of providing solution they are suggesting me to wait till 7th October 2020 as 6 months will complete for RED X plan so that i will be escape from paying penalty.
As I already mention in my previous email that I am using your Vodafone postpaid connection since last 3.5 years and from last five months. I am having internet related issue as per plan I am getting 2000 GB data per month but due to this internet issue I am hardly reaches to 80 to 120 GB data per month where I required regularly basis 10 to 12 GB data per day. So can you please assume that how much issues I am facing on daily basis.
I connected to Vodafone Customer Care several time, they as usual listen the issue and register the complaint from April 2020 to till now very rarely i received any complain Id through message. Vodafone Associate are creating and closing the ticket. As much i know no one cannot closed the complained Id without end user confirmation and if the end user is not available then the follow up calls and the email have to send. Multiple Complained Id was registered closed without confirmation.
I also informed Associate that sometimes upload speed is higher then download so they used refresh the service. Every time i speaks to random person and found that they are having lack of process knowledge. Associate do not know the value of Commitment. They made commitment but forgot to fulfill.
Sorry to say, but I am disappointed with Vodafone Service. Now i want to Port out from Vodafone this is only the Solution left out for me. I want wave-off of the Red-ex plan penalty amount and Port Code because i am not responsible for that your penalty amount. this would not reach her if my complained was addressed on time.
