Text of Complaint by SYED MOHD KHALEELULLA HUSSAINY:

I work for a IT company and we are working from home. So we took the Act fiber Internet connection in February 2021. After the taking the connection, every month we had a problem with connection issue but they use to resolve the problem in one or two days but from 14th November 2021 to till date (23rd November 2021) they didn’t resolve my problem. Please tell us how we have to work from home without internet connection and my managers are asking us how much time it will take to resolve the problem. Continuously we have to take leaves to cover this issue and productivity was dip. When we connect to Customer care they will take the issue but field executive will not contact to customer about regarding the issue and even they will not resolve the problem. Even I send an email to [email protected] but till now my problem was not resolved. I request to Cancel my connection and refund the amount back from 14th November to 30th November 2021.
